TI-Pusuant to BUPERS Order 090396, USS Rochester (CA-124) to detach LCDR John C. Snyder to Treasure Island ABCD Warfare (Afloat) School, August 1961

0815 Pusuant to BUPERS Orders 090396, as modified on 2 June 1961, LCDR John C. Snyder, 533204/1400, USN, was detached to proceed to U. S. Naval Schools Command Treasure Island, California, for five (05) weeks ABCD Warfare (Afloat) School; upon completion of temporary duty, proceed and report to Commander Mine Forces, U. S. Pacific Fleet, for duty.

0820 Pusuant to BUPERS Orders 094700, of 15 June 1961, LTJG Harlan B. MELOTT, 614553/6402, USN, was detached to proceed and report to U. S. Naval Schools Command, San Francisco, California for duty.
